The season game

Oh what a phaff being a Hearing dog brood! I got shot of my puppies earlier this year and now my body has told me to create excitement in the opposite sex so that I can have more pups. What on earth is all that about? I'm not ready for more - I want to enjoy the scenery, the smells, the running excitedly without commitment. Basically I'm not ready to mother another litter!

Thankfully the wonderful charity don't want me to be a puppy factory. They want me to be a healthy, happy brood so that when it's appropriate for them to do a 'Blind Date' event then I'm in the best form to oblige. That isn't yet !! I had pups on New Years eve and whilst I loved looking after them, playing with them, chastising them, I'm not sure I'm ready to do that allover again yet.

My slave will just have to put up with me and the apparent mess that I'm creating. He's perfectly capable of using the washing machine - he proved it during the time that we had the pups. I'm sorry that there is a bit more inconvenience but I'm not going to to apologise to him for a wash cycle or two more than he is used to! He just needs to step up!

One of the regular events and fun walks is with my buddy Guide Dogs. Today I was left at home whilst my slave took my great friend Eddie free-running. How dare he leave me behind? .. ahhh I guess it's because he's at least 2.5 times heavier than me and is an exceptionally amorous flat coated retriever (regardless of the sex of dog) - maybe I might have tipped him over the edge in terms of excitement ... He can't do anything! He's been neutered but my slave just told me that he didn't know.

I'm fed up of being taken on walks on a lead ... Rollon when this hormonal event subsides and I can re-enter the normal exercise regime.
